Keysight is the global leading technology manufacturer for electronics test and measurement equipment and software applied in design simulation, prototype validation, manufacturing tests, and optimization of networks and cloud environments. We are in charge of Keysight’s official WeChat account, serving as their main communication channel for sales promotions, corporate communication and for interaction with a WeChat Customer Center site to handle service and sales requests and quoting. Our scope of work includes translations and copywriting, artwork and design / UI / UX as well as user interaction, monitoring, analysis, evaluation & reporting.
